PM3 Sports has been a life long dream and passion for Philip Miller. Philip also known as "Red" to his peers and colleagues has been a successful entrepreneur with a proven track record over the past 10 years. Red created and developed Crull Fitness,  an elite performance training facility based in Richardson, TX. Crull Fitness has produced hundreds of collegiate and professional athletes. In addition, Red has successfully integrated fitness and physical development programs in north Dallas for special needs populations and organizations. Thus creating an all inclusive training facility where athletes and non athletes alike can change lives and develop every day. With his leadership, relentless work ethic, and wise business decisions he has built Crull Fitness into a company with a strong business valuation. 

 

Red obtained a degree in Sports Management from The University of Texas at Austin (2011). He later went on to complete a Masters of Marketing from the University of Texas at Dallas (2020) and an MBA from LSUS (2021).

 

Red has a passion for athletes that's been rooted in him since a child. As a kid he would get to sit court side at Dallas Mavericks games and hangout in the locker room post game. He would run around the tunnels of Reunion Arena helping grab sticks for players as the Dallas Stars practiced. Red would also observe and attend many Dallas Cowboys players off season workouts. In high school he was a standout Ice hockey player making Team USA regional camps, as well as a football and track athlete. In college he would help out in the Strength and Conditioning Department at The University of Texas. Upon graduating college he began coaching Track and Field and scouting Football for Parish Episcopal in Dallas,TX in addition to running many summer strength and conditioning programs for many local Dallas area schools.  

 

Red was able to live and experience the process of an athlete from youth to college, college to the NFL, and NFL to retirement with his first cousin Mike Mohamed. Mike came from a small town in the California desert with a population of 22,000. He went on to become an All-American Linebacker at Cal finishing #4  in all time tackles. Then had a successful 6-year NFL career for the Denver Broncos and Houston Texans.
